electronic voice phenomena

Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) are unexpected voices found in recording media, a form of after death communication. ITC is a newer term that is inclusive to the ways these unexpected voices and images are collected. There are many hypotheses to explain electronic voice phenomena, the Survival Hypothesis being most widely accepted. The Survival Hypothesis holds that we are nonphysical entities who are able to exist in the physical aspect of reality because of our physical body, but that when our physical body dies, we as Self, change our point of view to nonphysical reality. In a nutshell; we exist before and after our lives as humans.

A common misconception about E.V.P. is if everyone hears something different, what's been recorded is not an e.v.p. Unless you are listening to a Class A e.v.p. it is unlikely everyone will hear the same phrase or word (Sallie House E.V.P. Classification System). Some of the time, BUT NOT ALL OF THE TIME, electronic voice phenomena is identified by unexplainable frequencies, and or full knowledge the voice in the recordings is 100% unexplained..

WE MEASURE FREQUENCIES BEFORE ENHANCING THE SOUND/EVP FILES to ensure absolute accuracy. We locate our EVPS before enhancing the recordings to prevent the 'creation of fake evps.'

Recording E.V.P.
By Brandi Lynn Borgia

Since beginning my foray into the fascinating world of electronic voice phenomena, I've learned how important it is to apply a lot discretion during the recording process. I quickly learned that until there is a sure fire way to identify unexplained voices found in recordings, paranormal researchers should control their sessions as much as possible. Acid Entertainment's Paranormal Playground makes sure everyone is in the same room being filmed to avoid recording explainable distant voices and carelessly claming they are evp(s).

Frequency

When I first began researching electronic voice phenomena, I was told by other paranormal investigators, and also read from multiple sources, that e.v.p.s could be identified through frequency checks because almost all evps were below 150 hz, or well over 3500 hz.

THE SKEPTICS...

When I released my first E.V.P. video skeptics wrote to me insisting the voices were from various Radio Waves. Fair enough, so I looked into it.
