 Haunted House on Cleveland's Historic Franklin Boulevard
On March 26, 2009, Brandi Lynn Borgia received the following email:
I own a property on Franklin Blvd., Cleveland, OH This is a rehab Property Built - approx 1875 - 3200 sq feet - 2 floors plus a basement I purchased the home 08/07. It had been vacant for at least 6 years prior to purchase. The previous owner had an untimely death due to a bad car accident. . . We started having "strange" things happen while working there. Mostly people getting hurt. My brother fell through a floor, my ex fell off a ladder and ended up in ICU for a few weeks (thank God he ended up being ok), and then the frequent cuts, falls, etc. We are not exactly new at rehabbing and this amount of injury and incident has been very high while working at the property. Then I had a few psychics in to see if I was crazy or if there was a bad energy there. All of them said that it was haunted. 3 of the 3 psychics also said there is like a "port hole" there. And very bad energy. One said that there is a man there that is either very, very bad or a demon. Some of the other experiences we have had include: Knocking sounds, scratching from a closet, walking sounds, shadow people, feeling of being watch, feels like the floor is vibrating, things being moves (we don't' see it being moved but things are not where we left them). We have stopped working there for a number of reasons, one being that there is too much injury and things just keep going wrong. I would like to see this house turn into a beautiful home someday, but it just seems like the negative energy keeps dragging it down . . . Can you please help me clean this place out and bring light and peace to this home?

Just to let you know, my ex hushand visitied the Franklin house ealier today. He said that he heard what sounded like a large piece of furniture being dragged across the basement floor. It was quit loud. He said that it only lasted a few minutes. He was not at the property very long. He sais he was stadning in the dining room area when he heard this sound. He also said that there was no one else at the property when this happened. I guess it is game on . . . looking forward to seeing you friday. Wow I guess you were right, things sound like they are really picking up. . .

Friday, April 10th, Night One of the Paranormal Investigation

Lead investigator and psychic Brandi Lynn Borgia, Sean Adams and Robin C., paranormal researchers in training, began an investigation into reports of paranormal activity at this historic home on Franklin Blvd. in Cleveland. It took mere seconds for the activity to begin. Immediately everyone present, including the owner Melissa and her brother Craig, began hearing growling, and Robin was touched on her elbow by a very cold "hand." The growling was heard on the first floor and iin the basement. and was heard consistently throughout the evening. Another noise of interest was the sound of something dragging. The sound had been reported to us during the preliminary investigation, and was heard by everyone present. There is no earthly explanation for the sound of anything dragging or growling.

The first thing I noticed was that the house was loaded with spirits-some negative, some not. On my first drive to the house I recall feeing like I hada spiritual energy from the house in the car wit me, one wantiing me to play heavy metal music and one, classical. When I spoke with the owne'rs brother, Craig, he told me that when he plays heavy metal music his pencils get moved around the house and he hears footsteps and when he plays classical music, it quiets down. Craig believes the spirit that reacts to the music is a litle girl. Interesting enough, did record an evp from a little girl that said, "Mommy." I was also told that a little girl's shoe was found in the wall (dated to the Victorian era).
During our first night, the spirits were in our faces. I was greeted several times by bone chilling cold that enveloped me.. I was operating our Electromagnetic Field Dectector when an unseen force shocked me through my shoulders.
