The Provoking

I've always approached spirits with kindness and respect. I've never provoked them as a technique to obtain evidence of paranormal activity as some paranormal researchers do. However, the more I subject myself to the spirit world, , the more I reailze we literally become like cops-just of the spirit world. We find ourselves in libraries, court houses, inverviewing people, tacking clues etc. And just like our earthly police, we try and play nice, but sometimes that approach is ineffective.

This is the first time in the history of our paranormal investigations that I felt the need to get rough with a spirit. All of us sense a male spirit is here holding a young girl 'captive.' We think he abused her in life and quite possibly killed her. We are investigating this thruogh court records etc . I was shocked by what I wanted to do and regret now that I shut down the cameras. I knew I was going to use foul language and frankly, I was embarassed. But I did it because something inside told me I had to do it if I was really to rid this house of negative sprits, as I was asked to do.

The owners of the house felt sure the spirit of a man was holding a young girl's spirit captive in the house. They'd called in some pyschics who agreed. As a pyschic myself, I sensed the same scenario and did get an evp from a young girl saying "Mommy."

A part of my psycic experience has been being able to identify sexual predators with ease. Most men who molest young girls fear dominate women, and well, I'm dominant and wanted to see if the spirit of a pedohphile would react to my anger and accusations the same way LIVE ones had in the past (whole other story!). .

I regret this now, but out of shock at what I was about to do, and embarassment, I told our investigator in training, Sean Adams, to shut off the camera. I didn't want a record of the borage of filth that was about to part from my lips. However, the spirit responded to my harsh words and began an attack which we missed filming as a result.

I called him a sissy and told him I had no fear of him since I understood the mind of one capable of crimes against children. I told him I would make him leave the house and would free her of his hold. I also told him that I sensed he died with no one knowing what an animal he was and I'd be sure to figure out his name and let all of his living relatives know what I knew. Once I said that, the room changed and I could see with my third eye a ball of light come down the stairs.

The light skipped passed me and I watched in what seemed like slow motion, those with me (the owner Melissa, and trainees Robin C. and Sean Adams) reacting to an "attack." Melissa was emotionally overshadowed and began to cry. She had to leave the house for awhile to collect herself. Sean and Robin both got shoved and were about to react in fear until I reminded them keeping control was protection. As soon as they regained composure the light fled back up the stairs and hid. So I knew we had a situation at that point.

Before leaving, I decided to burn some sage around the house to clear as much residual energy as possible and during this process asked the spirits to "move on" as the owners didn't want them there. By the end of the night, we were on all on the edge from a night chock full of paranormal activity and I wound of thinking I saw a face in a corner and screaming. Once the lights came on we felt I'd just seen insulation glowing in the dark, which we found hilarious. The night ended with lots of sage and lots of laughs...

This was our second night of the "official investigation" and was very interesting for different reasons than usual. When I walked in, the house felt "dead" but as I later found out, it was far from. The plan was to come in the first night and assess the situation and clear out any spirits that weren't attached. So I wasn't suprised to perceieve less activity than the first night, but I wasn't expecting to find it this quiet either. By the second night, I'd for sure identified through evp one male spirit that responded to being called a pedophile child abuser, and the spirit of at least one little girl.
