Orbs are and always have been a controversial subject. What is an orb exactly? It's our position no one knows exactly what orbs are, however, we agree with most on what orbs aren't. Orbs are NOT always bugs, dust, pollen, or moisture.

Paranormal researchers have learned to identify orbs created from pollen, rain, humidity, dust, and reflective materials. . "Orbs" created from dust, moisture and pollen have unique shapes which can be identified.

Dust, for one, is everywhere and is always present. Most dust particles don't show under infrared night shot camera settings, and even in the most dusty locations, "orbs" are not being photographed consistently.

Dust `orbs are flat and are grey in color. Pollen has a three pointed rounded shape. Orbs created from rain drops appear more solid and are shaped like tear drops. Insects appear in photographs as small slightly mis-shapen concentrations of white light,

Orbs DO, however, turn up in areas where other paranormal acitvities are being experienced, often simultaneously.

I have personally experienced many times, the feeling of "cold" on my hand, only to have a photo snapped revealing an orb on my hand in that very moment.

I'd have known if a bug was on my hand long enough to feel it, and a bug doesn't put off cold, nor does dust.
