WHY I BEGAN E.V.P. RECORDING

After my first paranormal investigation went online a viewer wrote me and suggested I try E.V.P. recording since I was capturing a lot of spiritual activity during my investigations. The first time we tried recording E.V.P. I kept forgetting we were trying. Having no experience at the time, I didn't think my handheld cassette recorder was good enough based on some bad advice from other paranormal researchers, so I had a guest investigator, David Hess, bring along his "digital" palm pilot to a paranormal investigation. I was quite surprised when I began listening to the recordings and heard voices that weren't his nor mine saying little phrases. I was fascinated, but not 100% convinced the voices were from spirits, as none of the phrases were directly responding to what we were saying.
